Colorado is changing, but bipartisan support for our second amendment holds fast. Keeping laws clear and concise should be a priority. Seeing as criminals don't tend to follow laws, ensuring the protection of rights and protection from prosecution of law-abiding citizens is a major issue. SB 256 is a direct attack on the 2nd Amendment. It creates a patchwork of different laws across the state that would make it difficult for citizens to legally carry their firearm (even with a CCW) from one municipality to another. Jessie Danielson sponsored this bill, in direct contradiction to the will of the people she supposedly represents. She has proven to be one of the new generation of politicians with NO respect for our Constitution. Recall her now before she can do any more damage.
