We're two missing middle-class Americans, married for almost 20 years, and witnesses in a high-profile Public Bribery, Corruption, and Domestic Terrorism scandal who went missing off the Long Island Sound in New Rochelle, NY, back in September, 2016.  We began reporting this scandal to Officials, again, after years of being tracked, around the time Edward Snowdens' case broke.  My name is Tinamarie Corsini and my husband is Louis Carroscio.  (Please follow the link @ https://youtu.be/DcAV-yLIK2M or simply look for "Louis Carroscio" and the series of YouTube videos we began streaming a couple of days ago.  The videos were Broadcasted in order but we're new to streaming so bare with us if the information is redundant, etc., until we perfect it.)

(I began leaking information to the Press - CNN, CBS, and others - as similar news began breaking in the media.  was beyond coincidental.  We were being terrorized across the country and still are due to a scandal that we covered as a witnesses and I covered an Independent Journalist.  Read on...)

Public Bribery & Corruption, Internet Hacking, Unlawful Eavesdropping, and Domestic Terrorism has become an issue since 2014 due to the fact that so many Officials are involved in it.  An internet Hacker that no one knew used Abnormal and Criminal Psychology on Officials chosen for their history of corruption and got caught in a scandal, and just as we've seen in the media with other cases, turned on us rather than work the case out, as required by law.

We turned a group of individuals over to White Plains Officials, located in New York, (DOJ, FBI, AG's Office on Organized Crime, and PD) for  t w o  homicides they committed and Officials, in turn, helped build a criminal network out of over 2000 people and shrouded our lives with Domestic Terrorism.  They were protected due to Public Bribery and enlisted individuals profiled for criminal activity.  All Officials were to do was to take our information, required by law, and follow what I had asked, also required by law, but they terrorized us instead.

This group used Psychology and taught an Ideology (sound familiar...?) used on corrupt individuals in order to gain protection.  Inflammatory statements and claims were made about me, my husband, and family, and it was switched around from the very start.  After making these inflammatory statements, con-men and women, Mike Corsini (Tacoma, WA) and his brother Julio Corsini (Tacoma, WA), Sherry Graham (Fontana, CA), Albert Negron (Glendora, CA), and John Carroscio (New Rochelle, NY) gained protection by using a built-in Blackmail based Racket whereby the bribe-r gains protection by using bogus Psychology that changes the meaning of information and the law and lands the bribed person in trouble once confronted, or so they believe.  It's a form of Conditioning reinforced over and over thru lies and bogus Psychology (sound familiar...?).  They bribed White Plains Officials into an illegal wiretap and unlawful eavesdropping and admitted from the start that they were attempting to protect their colleagues.

Officials weren't prepared for this group.  This network operates by finding the weaknesses in others and in their case, Mike and Julio Corsini, Sherry Graham, Albert Negron, and John Carroscio, flat out believe, admittedly, that Americans are stupid and unprepared.  Information about Bribery was leaked by one member of the group, Albert Negron, Glendora, CA, who is a disgruntled (Retired) Baldwin Park Police Officer portrayed as a victim yet married 8 x's and a known womanizer and con.  He leaked the information years ago to Mike Corsini - an ordained Pastor - and Julio Corsini who were identified as Organized Cybercriminals by Officials. (Cybercriminals are individuals or teams of people who use technology to commit malicious activities on digital systems or networks with the intention of stealing sensitive company information or personal data, and generating profit.)

This type of Cybercrime was handled in an entirely different manner and the Snowden Case  w a s  and  i s  so important because the questions he raised about the broad scope of serveillance was used, emphatically, to start a new form of Domestic Terrorism, by White Plains Officials located on Pearl Street in White Plains, New York.  A man named Tim Connolly, a self-admitted Crime Boss helped create what is now a new form of Domestic Terrorism and Ideology in this country and assisted Mike Corsini by placing contact information for him along with our Drivers Licenses in the system in order to gain protection by continuing to bribe Police or Officials who ran them.  And, due to the Bribery epidemic, and the sheer mishandling by disgruntled employees, in many fields of work, from Police to Public Officials to white-collar, blue-collar, and most notably, in the Medical Field, by corrupt doctors who we witnessed leaking information from the start.  Doctors treated us differently because of lies from an ex-con and Hacker who not only gained access to Hospital records that New Rochelle and other Police Officers admitted Mike Corsini illegally obtained, but told ER Doctors malicious lies claiming that he knew us using his last name.

One of the homicides committed was a family member. We made an attempt to contact authorities but the Officer we spoke with was taken aback by it all and we were already distraught over his death and manner in which he died so we didn't call back.  My half-brothers contacted my some 13 aunts and uncles letting them know that they were going to be there to "take care of our father" and to all take a break from visiting him in ICU at St. Vincent's Hospital in Los Angeles where he had multiple arterial and angioplasty surgeries over the years.

They left him there, and then contacted all the siblings and half-siblings intimidating us into not visiting.  (They eliminated the outer circle. Sound familiar...?  It should because it was the method Trump used with our laws and democratic system. He has ties to this group that I'll explain shortly.)  We visited him anyway until we were threatened by Mike Corsini who stated that he was retaliating for their father leaving them and remarrying.  (Retaliation... Sound familiar...?)  The day he died was a shock to everyone and the hospital knew.  I was coming out of a phone booth and ran right into Mike and Julio Corsini, almost falling over Mike Corsini's wheelchair, and heard Mike bragging to Julio Corsini about the telephone call he placed to the Hospital where they weren't allowed.  Dr. Jardini forbade these two men from ever coming around because of their criminal history.  Mike Corsini made a recording, that was a mixture between a loud speed-metal style of scream and growl then lied to the Hospital and said that he was my Uncle Harry calling and played that sound  t o  m y  f a t h e r  in ICU.  My father hung up the phone and dropped dead of a heart attack.

My father, Alessandro Enrico Corsini, was on a special program with St. Vincent Doctors for arterial transplants, etc., and he was on queue to survive his latest surgery,  a s  a l w a y s.  Doctors braced for a lawsuit because they all knew what these men had done but nothing ever came of it.  The homicide occurred on December 31, 1 9 8 4.  And, that horrific incident inspired mad-men who used their loose interpretation of Born Again Christianity combining it with criminal activity, ie. Computer Hacking of hard drives, etc., and enlisted ex-cons and con-artists alike (individuals with a criminal profile), corrupt people in Power, and came up with a new form of Domestic Terrorism.  They are extremists who teach hate.  That incident was planned a couple of weeks prior and it was the belief that my father would be "Born Again" on New Years Eve for leaving their mother - a distorted look at reality.

More current... White Plains Officials and New Rochelle Police, admittedly, believed that stolen hacked documents by bribed individuals Mike Corsini illegally obtained by locating us using stolen United Healthcare information, were to be used in retaliation for inflammatory statements made by him about me.  He bribed them into assisting him to continue to obstruct justice and retaliate against us operating his criminal network out of their Public Offices for personal gain.  This group has been operating in this fashion for years now and the law warned these two men years ago, a number of times, about ever harassing my family or me.  They stole over $1.5M from us and 10x's that from the Public over the past 20 years or so.  We were used in a Racket and Trafficked for financial profit for years as was my husband and there are others.  Doctors at Mt. Sinai Hospitals in New York City, NYU Medical Centers, and personal business contacts, over 2000 people now, all the while local Police and Officials, and Social Workers hold their offices, a SOTA Grant, and more, hostage to a corruption scandal operating as a criminal network.

(Crimes against humanity consist of various acts - and murder, enslavement, involuntary servitude, deliberate psychological suffering or torture, forced displacement and forcible transfers of populations esp. using coercion, imprisonment and internment, persecution - political or religious, enforced disappearance, among others - when, according to the ICC , those are “committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against  a n y  civilian population.”  The term also has a broader use in condemning other acts that, in a phrase often used, “shock the conscience of mankind.”  World poverty, human-made environmental disasters, and terrorist attacks have thus been described as crimes against humanity.)  And, one particular Administration allowed his friends to wreak havoc on the legal justice and democratic system by, essentially, ransacking the White House theoretically speaking.

AFIC and Harmonia Shelter, out of New York City, their Social Workers, employees, and a number of clients began harassing and terrorizing us shortly after we arrived in 2017 using a Racket of threats, esp. using coercion.  We told them about the scandal at our home back in September, 2016.  Tim Connolly sent two SUV's to our apartment in New Rochelle blocking both entrances and then got the landlord involved in an unlawful eviction all the while the New Rochelle Police held their offices hostage to the corruption accepting slander and stolen documents used in inflammatory statements by Mike Corsini who uses his loose ties to a (Retired) Police Officer in order to gain protection thru Bribery.  (A woman named Sherry Graham, Fontana, CA, threatened us claiming that she wanted us dead and admitted hiring Mike and Julio Corsini.  We went to the New Rochelle Police Department twice but they were blocked twice as favors claiming to be for some sort of colleague.  We told the WPDOJ and they protected her, too, completely and utterly unaware who she was but aware that Mike Corsini lied to them but it was all Bribery and a lie from the start.)  The NYPD picked up the bribe once we arrived in New York City.

So, AFIC and Harmonia Shelter have opened up their offices to a Hacker and believe that they were "chosen people" (sound familiar... Like with the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol...?) by a "Bad Actor" posing as an Official claiming "Psychology" and used every accusation including claims about African Americans being called derogatory names.  I was called horrible names and asked my husband, at our hotel room, how the bribed Official at the White Plains DOJ would like being called those derogatory names, and called it..., and they retaliated.  What the Social Workers and clients aren't aware of is that Mike Corsini, backed by White Plains Officials' illegal wiretap and unlawful eavesdropping, profiled them and switched up their excuses for using them and others.  It's hypocrisy and part of the description and portrait of terrorists - religious or political hypocrisy.

We decided to go Public when it was forwarded onto the Social Workers and AFIC who have been using their Public Offices in a Racket for years now all part of a criminal network.  We were conditioned to a Racket of abusive Psychology and they worked my father over in a similar fashion.  Officials are aware that we're here but they do nothing.  (Around 2016 I gave information over to Officials regarding this criminal networks' ties to "Trump U" and it was a direct copy of my employers business Michael George Flowers (a Celebrity Florist) and "Flower School".  Flower School was copied precisely only in  r e v e r s e.  It was corrupt.

Trump used Reverse Psychology on the nation and was bragging to everyone on national t.v. about it all, in reverse.  He taunted the media and Journalists alike.  We were the first Whistleblowers against the Trump Administration.  We were hidden away unlawfully imprisoned by Officials who allowed a "Bad Actor" to continue to maliciously slander us to Police while Police held and continue to hold their offices hostage to the corruption in order that they gain protection for their involvement in a criminal network of hackers and con-artists who have ties to Trump.  (A couple of my high-profile employers, admitted that they were asked to run for President and use their name and money while being taught a particular Psychology and Ideology but they refused.  I was harassed in the early 2000's by Trump Towers staff who was told that I knew about Michael George Flowers and Flower School - a Celebrity Florist - being copied for a sham and I was harassed over a three day period.  They copied the minimalist style for a name, used "suits and cufflinks" rather than the experienced Socialite that worked to connect famous Floral Designers to students, and did not cater to students like Michael George did but, rather, took advantage of African Americans, the elderly, and the poor - individuals they profiled to be unintelligent.)  Mike Corsini taught a corrupt Psychology and Ideology to Trump and Trump used it on the nation.

I warned the FBI that if they didn't help us that I'd go to CBS where my cousin was a well known executive but James Comey contacted them for us, and purposely chose 60 Minutes because of a Racket that's been in play, in variations, for years.  They've been aware of the Domestic Terrorism but it's all been so politicized and mishandled and it didn't have to be that way.  Had Police or Officials caught this group when I originally turned to them there wouldn't be the Domestic Terrorism there is today.  Officials claimed to be  i n s u l t e d  that we have a case of this magnitude and said so.  They looked me up and down and stated that I didn't look important enough.  (Just a little satire regarding the morality and behaviors of Officials and Politicians: "Domestic Terrorism?... Sure, okay. Why not?")

Trump was running amuck in the White House along with his friends, theoretically, and actually speaking.  Much of his bouncing from one subject, Executive Order, and retaliatory action to the next that grew so suspect to the media was due to information being leaked to him thru an unlawful wiretap and illegal eavesdropping that Snowden was so concerned by, allowing Officials such a broad scope of surveillance.  Trump  u s e d  the media and everyone in between.  I listened to President Obama, intently, went to the FBI whose Director was James Comey, attempted to contact Preet Bharara - appointed to help fight Organized Crime - and were told that we'd be blocked, WikiLeaks who handles public interest leaks, contacted the media who was taunted and the United Nations where someone questionable was to be appointed on behalf of Trump.  Trump was retaliating against all the people we went to shortly after we went to them regarding Mike Corsini, Organized Crime, and the criminal network he has ties to, to this day.

Mike Corsini is a Sociopath as are many of the Officials we spoke with.  They have rotten attitudes and low morale.  They'll go after Foreign Terrorists and people they think are of a lower stature but will protect colleagues or anyone through Bribery. Mike Corsini and Trump caused the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol and they had the hacking power to gather the type of crew commonly profiled by Trump ie. his voters, people at his rallies... and the insurrection... .  Sherry Graham invented a type of coup attempt back when she ran for Student Body President but there wasn't this kind of corruption back then nor the internet.  This was back in the late 70's to early 80's.  These individuals are corrupt beyond their years and not many people knew that Sherry Graham was involved in handing information over to them on others for protection and retaliation.

This is our Public Statement.  Please sign our petition demanding that Officials and Police who are involved in the unlawful wiretap and illegal surveillance of an informant, and entire criminal network are charged with Bribery, Internet Hacking, the use of the media in order to taunt informants using a Racket of Psychological abuse, Domestic Terrorism, and Humanitarian Crimes.  What are all of these surveillance programs for if Officials are going to continue to protect Bribery and Corruption that's already considered out of control?  A mad-man found the code to end our democratic system = Public Bribery.  Officials are required by law to look into their colleagues as well and have a two-sided democratic system, not two witnesses being held under some false narrative in order that Politicians who screwed up look the other way.  What our Political landscape is heading toward since President Obama was so obviously discriminated against is like two Terrorist Groups.  This is how it begins.
