because my daughter, Emma Marie Baldwin, was murdered in October 2012, and ever since, I have not been able to get any national news agencies involved with covering her murder.  

I am being stalked by friends and family of Emma's killers and they have facebook groups focused on just reporting what I post.  It is sick and disgusting and it's worthy of criminal charges.

I have submitted Emma's story to CNN in hopes they will take some kind of action regarding Emma's murder. Please help me get it vetted for their programming. Tell CNN to cover Emma's story!

In October 2012, my daughter Emma was murdered by my estranged ex-wife, Brandie Maxine Oakes Baldwin, and her boyfriend, Juwan Luvies Moore. They were both indicted on November 14th, 2012 by a grand jury in Wise County for MURDER and MULTIPLE COUNTS OF FELONY CHILD ABUSE WITH DRUG CHARGES. Brandie received a bond for her charges in January 2013 in order to waive her speedy trial rights in order for the prosecution to have one trial with both of them together. While on bond for Emma's Murder, Brandie was arrested along with her mother for drug trafficking on January 14th, 2014. Now we wait for Brandie Baldwin's murder trial in April 2014 while she remains in custody again, where she needs to be.

On the morning of Thursday, January 30th, 2014, Juwan Luvies Moore stood in Wise County Circuit Court at the Wise County Courthouse in Wise, Virginia and entered his guilty plea for his role in Emma's murder back in October 2012. Juwan Moore changed his plea to guilty in exchange for a sentence of life in prison to avoid getting the death penalty.

Emma’s murder trial is now scheduled for April 2014. Since Juwan plead guilty for his role in Emma's murder, we are now left with facing Brandie's murder trial.  I expect a conviction for her role in Emma's murder based on the amount of physical evidence and testimony from witnesses.

Since Emma’s murder, I have been on a crusade to prevent it from happening to anyone else while trying to grieve in the process. It has been a living nightmare. And until Emma’s murder trial, we will continue sharing Emma’s story with the world. True justice for Nikolas Chavez III. The guilty only got child endangerment when it was quite clear he was guilty of taking my son's life. Nikko's case MUST be reopened!!
