The IAM membership of LL839, District 70, no longer endorse the elected and/or appointed union officer(s) on the Contract Negotiation Committee. We have reason to believe the Committee is no longer bargaining in good faith with Spirit

AeroSystems on behalf of the membership. We are invoking our right to request a full investigation of the officer(s) listed below and request their removal from the committee.

The LL839 membership request that Mr. Bobby Crawford has full access to all business units within Spirit Areosystems. Reinstated to the CNC immediately and authorized to take point in the negation process with Spirit AeroSystems.

Reason(s):

● Union officer(s) allowed Spirit AeroSystems to present IAM bargaining

employees with an incomplete contract with errors.

● Union officer(s) endorsed the Spirit AeroSystems incomplete contract

offer as presented, with errors.

● Union officer(s) allowed previous proposed contact language of the AWW that benefited

the bargaining membership to be removed.

● Union officer(s) refused to furnish information at the request of the IAM

represented employees through means of monthly meeting(s) May and

June of 2023, emails, text, or Town Hall meetings.

● Failed to bargain in good faith concerning mandatory subjects of the

bargaining agreement based off of our surveys.

● Union officer(s) endorsed a misleading "highlights" cover sheet which

contradicted language in the proposed contract.

● Bylaw violation involving the misuse of union dues.
