Being a graduate student of 2020 from an esteem institution named CMR University City Campus, Bangalore.This university is forcing us to pay Rs.3400 to Rs.4000 for the online convocation without giving us the details of the dates and with such exorbitant amount.Moreover they will withhold our degree certificate and 6th semester marks card if don't pay the fees and if we end up paying after the due date given there is fine of Rs.500/- aswell.

Paying the convocation fee is still fine by us only if all the details are clearly mentioned and if it was an offline ceremony (Considering the expenses required for conducting an event)

During this tough times of COVID-19.Many of our families are facing 30-60% paycuts and the management is forcing us to pay the money now.It is giving our families a burden and making it a very serious problem for us in our jobs as they have delayed the issue of degree certificate for months.We could end up losing our jobs as well.
