1. Ward Clerk Direct employees of Ministry of Health and Socila services. We are concerned for the long period being sidelined during health related survey conducted by Central Monitoring and Evaluation Department in the Ministry of Health, When there is need for the staff to conduct health related surveys they indicate always that they need Statistical Clerk whereby the HMIS Oficer just select the state's career, yet we as Ward Clerks can deliver same.

So we need to be included during these surveys and s upervisions as well, 

2. We demand for the release of results of ward Clerks promotin interviews conducted on 17/06/2020  nationalwide whereby the new employees were deployed two month ago yet for us the results are not out.

3. Ward Clerk as civil servant we also need an opportunity of upgrading/sending some at Mpemba training college for capacity building can be better and help one way or the other, as our fellow clerks are given this opportunity in other government departments for example the Statistical clerks are given that opportunity  now and again while these are the ones we work with in our hospitals then why not us? Atleast per two to three years 10 or more given that upgrading opportunity to ward clerk with more than 5 years working at the same carder as Ward clerk.

4. Working environment should be considered we need a room at the ward level for days parking of the files or even deploying the EMRs in ward can help alot the issue of missing documents can be solved
