For Piramma Park Pyrmont to be Off Leash for dogs either 24/7 or restricted to hours/areas

The only "Sydney City Council" owned Park that Dogs living in Pyrmont are allowed to be off leash 24/7 at is currently Giba Park.
Giba Park is a park that people routinely vandalise - deliberately breaking beer bottles EVERY WEEKEND - and as a result the Dogs that run freely there potentially can cut their paws.
My Dog has cut her paw quite badly at Giba Park. The park also has a live wire hanging out that any puppy could chew and die from.
I run fitness sessions for the local Pyrmont community that involves Dogs and their Owners training together and also Dog Agility and sadly the only park that I am permitted to use is this Park- Giba Park.
The most vandalised and worst maintained park. ( The live wire has been out for a few weeks now and one of the walkways that needs repairing has not been repaired for several months as well.)
After a clean up of the smashed beer bottles on the 26/6/2017 and an injured Dog later there are still broken beer bottle particles and it's really upsetting. It's like no one cares because only Dogs go to this park!
I also run Mum's, Dad's, Bub's and Fur Bub's fitness sessions and my pregnant and post natal clients do not have their much needed toilet facilities nearby as there are NO TOILET FACLITIES for them to use. Every other park in Pyrmont has toilet facilities except Giba Park. So my Mother and Mother "to be" clients are being affected, not to mention their Dogs if they get their paw cut whilst being trained.
I am not allowed to run sessions at Metcalfe Park or Waterfront Park which both have toilet facilities as these parks are owned by the NSW Council and the NSW Council DO NOT condone any commercial activity whatsoever. These two parks are NEVER if EVER vandalised.
Which is why I am making an appeal to the local Pyrmont community to allow Pirrama Park Pyrmont to be off leash for Dogs 24/7 non inclusive of special events and restricted to the BBQ and children's playground area. (As there is no fence around the playground area.)
The Pyrmont Residents have told me they would like to see Pirrama Park be off leash for Dogs 24/7 even if it were with the exception of weekends and special events or off leash for Dogs 24/7 with the exception of special events and time restrictions placed on it, proposed= 6am to 11 am and 4pm to 8pm.
We need YOUR SUPPORT so that the Lord Mayor of Sydney can make this change happen!
Please sign this petition and provide your address as the support needs to come from the Pyrmont residents to make this change.
