🎬 New Short Film: Tides of Injustice – Jenna’s Last Swim
Now available to watch and share
Dear supporters,
Thank you for standing with us in our call for reform. Your support has brought strength during the most difficult period of our lives—and has helped keep attention on the urgent need for better safeguards in student travel programs run by private-funded schools.
We’ve now released a short film:
🎬 Tides of Injustice: Jenna’s Last Swim
📺 Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhCpZAi4W7A
The film outlines the circumstances surrounding our daughter Jenna’s tragic passing on 8 November 2024, while on a school-organised trip to the Maldives. It raises questions that still remain unanswered and explains why stronger oversight and accountability are essential—not just for Jenna, but for every child.
To accompany the video, we’ve also launched a dedicated website:
This website serves both as a tribute to Jenna and a platform to share key information about what happened. It includes a timeline of events, legal developments, and the broader issues raised by this case. We’ve taken care to present facts responsibly and respectfully, and where appropriate, have indicated when content reflects our perspective as grieving parents seeking transparency and reform. The site is not intended to assign blame without evidence, but to ensure that what happened is not forgotten—or repeated.
How You Can Help:
• Watch and share the video with others who care about student safety and institutional accountability
• Visit the website to learn more about the ongoing efforts for reform
• Encourage more people to sign this petition—every signature helps keep the issue visible and urgent
Jenna was a vibrant, caring, and thoughtful 15-year-old. Her death was preventable. We hope that by continuing to speak up, we can help prevent another family from enduring the same devastating loss.
Thank you once again for your support,
Alan C
