Have you ever gone to Paradise Valley Hospital and was mistreated? has a family member or friend died at the hands of this hospital ? In the city of National City, CA we all know Paradise Valley Hospital as “DEATH” Valley or “paralyze” Valley hospital because of the amount of people dying there is at a higher rate than most hospitals around the county. This hospital has been neglecting patients care and safety for YEARS! They don’t follow their own policy and procedures and discriminate against the minorities of this city or the homeless community that seeks help from them. If you believe this hospital should be closed down for all the deaths and pain they have caused to many families please sign this petition and let’s start a movement. Let’s start something! I’m tired of them getting away with murders and lying about a patients death. 

August 11,  2022 Alberto Herrera Jr a father of two was confused and hallucinating all morning while at Paradise Valley Hospital. The staff did not want to deal with him since they could not find a sitter to watch him and they decided to get him a shirt, jeans and socks(NO SHOES) then had two security guards escort him out instead of calling his emergency contact to pick him up. Albert died about an hour after being escorted out a block away at a taco shop parking lot. 
9/12/22 CDPH investigated paradise valley hospital and validated my complaint on 1/25/23 that they did not follow their policy and procedures that ultimately caused the death of Alberto.
