The Issue

I am writing to express serious concerns about the operation of Chroma Learning Academy @ River Green, particularly regarding the conduct and leadership of its director, Stephanie. It is evident that the center is failing to meet basic standards of care, and I strongly believe it should be reviewed for potential closure or revocation of its license.

Stephanie has demonstrated a pattern of neglectful behavior and poor leadership. Her focus appears to be solely on financial gain, rather than on the well-being, safety, or development of the children entrusted to her care. This is not an isolated opinion — it is backed by specific incidents that raise serious red flags.

Most concerning is an incident where a child was recorded having an intense emotional meltdown, and instead of receiving appropriate support or intervention, the staff stood by and recorded the episode. This is not only unprofessional and unethical, it is a clear violation of the trust parents place in the facility and may even cross legal boundaries regarding the recording and treatment of minors.

This type of behavior shows a lack of compassion, training, and accountability, and raises the question of whether this facility should be allowed to continue operating. The wellbeing of children must always come before profit or convenience.

If you are a parent, guardian, or former staff member who has witnessed or experienced neglect, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct at Chroma Learning Academy @ River Green, please consider coming forward. Your voice matters, and sharing your story could help protect current and future children from harm.

Thank you for taking this matter seriously. For the sake of the children, it is time for real oversight, accountability, and action.
