The residents of Greylingstad and surrounds have experienced a pollution free two weeks with the BJK plant being shut down due to a workplace accident that killed two employees.

BJK must not be allowed to operate again unless they can guarantee residents that there will be no more pollution. The directors of BJK must call a public meeting explaining what happened at the plant and how they guarantee no further pollution.

Should the plant continue to operate the directors must be held criminally responsible for large scale industrial pollution.

Fact 1

There was no air pollution for the period the plant was shut down.

There was no water pollution for the period the plant was shut down.

There was no physical rotten animal pollution while the plant was shut down.
