For all patients of the surgery that disagree with the possible move to South Hornchurch Clinic please can you sign this petition please. 
There are many objections from the patients that the PPG feel the CCG need to know.

The PPG a understand that there has to be a move because the lease on the property is expiring but moving out the area has a huge inpack on the community especially the older generation and those with disabilities.

Let try and stop this and making the CCG understand we want to keep our surgery local in Rainham to support our community.
