This is happening right now on the coast of San Francisco East Bay. This is a big threat to coastal communities such as Hayward. Another example is more heat waves and more rain witch are happening in cities such as San Jose, Oakland, Union City, and even Hayward. Heat waves can cause health problems such as asthma and heart disease. There are also low income communities in the Bay Area such as Richmond and East Oakland that are vulnerable to the affects of climate change due to the lack of access to health care and resources. All these things are and will affect the people in the Bay Area because of Climate Change.

If things stay the same and do not change in the Bay Area, we can probably see more frequent wild fires, this can lead to pollution in the air. The Bay Area would also be at risk of droughts witch can affect agriculture because of the shortage of water. There can also be possibilities of flooding in the bay area witch can cause so many things, mostly problems in the communities in the Bay Area. If we do something about Climate Change, we can lower the risks of extreme weather and can help the Bay Area be a good place to live in.

Ways we can do this are by funding organizations that help stop Climate Change, using reusable energies to help stop the spread of carbon dioxide, and more.
