Mr. Douglas Alan Feldman, 55 years old, has been condemned to death for crimes he committed in 1998, at the age of 40.

In 2012, the 5th U.S Circuit Court rejected his appeal and the State of Texas gave him a date of execution.

During trial, his attorneys have proven that Douglas Feldman, a former financial analyst, has been treated earlier for substance abuse and paranoia. They stated that Douglas Feldman mental state of mind was, when the murders occured, distorted.

Mr. Feldman is scheduled to die by lethal injection on July 31st 2013.
