ClearVoice Initiative: Amplifying Communication at MSU-Malabang
The Issue
Effective communication is essential in every aspect of life, especially within an educational setting, where it fosters understanding, discipline and community. At MSU-Malabang, while we have a basic sound system and place, it is limited in scope and unable to effectively support gatherings such as flag ceremonies, public speaking activities, and important announcements. This limitation becomes particularly evident when school officials attempt to address students during these events, as they struggle to command attention and relay information effectively due to physical noise interference. The lack of adequate audio equipment hinders clear communication between school administrators and students, disrupting the flow of ceremonies and diminishing the impact of key messages.
The ClearVoice Booster Project aims to raise awareness and generate support for expanding the audio system at MSU-Malabang by installing additional speakers and microphones to meet the needs of these larger gatherings. Our objective include establishing online platforms to amplify our cause, specifically through a facebook page, a Change.org petition, and a WordPress blog. We plan to create infographics, videos, and other media content to inform the community about the importance of effective communication tools in an educational environment. Additionally, we seek to garner support from the school administration, teachers, students, and other stakeholders, encouraging them to sign our petition and drive positive change.
Our effort will focus on reaching the MSU-Malabang school administration, teachers, students, and relevant authorities, through platforms like Facebook, Change.org, and WordPress. By highlighting the benefits of quality communication tools, we hope to inspire action and secure the necessary audio equipment for our school.
The development and launch of this project will take place over two weeks. During this period, we will produce online materials, initiate our petition, and build momentum through targeted social media outreach. We aim to keep the project cost - effective, seeking minimal funding to cover basic expenses.
