It’s no secret that the Pine Hollow region of Oyster Bay has been neglected to a level that is unfathomable.  Most have come to accept that this area will always be depressed, unattractive, and a place where investors want no part of.  Take a walk within a stone’s throw of the proposed car wash property and you will see a devastating scene. As of today, you will find the BMW dealership empty, Mid China closed, Pet Save closed, Rite Aid Store closed, La Favorita closed, the strip mall next to 7-11 closed, bike shop closed, Mico Oil closed, burger shack closed, the old Hallock Chevrolet property has been a car storage lot for 20 plus years, and Oyster Bay Roofing has closed etc etc.  WE DESERVE AND SHOULD DEMAND BETTER! Now is the time to transform our town into what it should be.

Over the last 4 years, we have worked diligently researching and planning to build a world class car wash that the community would be proud of.  The focus was on business sustainability, traffic flow, and safety for residents.  We worked with the EPA and DOT to ensure that we surpassed all requirements to achieve these goals.  In addition, our research led us to invest in the newest and most technologically advanced equipment available today.  We focused on sound, quality, and speed in all aspects of the car wash.  When you combine the site design, DOT and EPA approval, and the best equipment the industry offers, the result is “Clear Car Wash”.  

As property owners and residents of Oyster Bay, we are committed to enhancing the beauty and functionality of our community. A significant part of this commitment is the car wash at 25 Pine Hollow Road. This endeavor is not just about cleaning vehicles; it's about pride in our community, and ensuring that every aspect of Oyster Bay reflects our collective values. The proposed car wash isn't just any ordinary facility; it will be an environmentally friendly establishment using a water reclamation system that recycles and reuses water, reducing overall consumption by up to 75% (15% higher than recommended by International Car Wash Association). During our town meeting, we addressed the concerns of the community and the neighboring homes to mitigate the safety and traffic challenges surrounding the project.
