In Antipolo City Senior High School, each building, facility, and classroom has a comfort room and a trash can. The students' responsibility is to keep the comfort room clean and properly separate their garbage. However, they are unable to do this because the comfort rooms are not in a good condition. There's an absence of cleanliness due to the negligence and irresponsibility. Additionally, trash cans are provided in all buildings inside of the school to ensure proper waste disposal. The recyclable, non-biodegradable, and biodegradable garbage cans are all present. Despite the fact that there are three different trash cans, most students didn't segregate their garbage. Learners and teachers are affected by this problem. Immediate action is needed in order to prevent worse situation. 

There will be negative impacts and consequences if unclean comfort rooms and inappropriate waste segregation continue to occur. Risks in health and safety will increase because of the dirty toilet, wet and dirty floor, and poor washroom hygiene. Students who use dirty restrooms run the risk of contracting various infections and maybe spread them to other students. Additionally, incorrect waste segregation will have a negative impact on students' health and create a dangerous environment in school. Change is therefore urgently needed in order to prevent health problems. It's important and crucial to maintain the cleanliness in every comfort room. And waste management needs to be done properly. If every student at Antipolo City Senior High School acts responsibly and with discipline, all of this will be possible.

We can do as students is to do what we can to solve these problems. Simple acts like cleaning, proper hygiene, segregating wastes and recycling are always a good start. Also, strict implementation of basic rules and health standards should be made. There is also a need to educate discipline to every students in order to give them knowledge and awareness about the problem. Let us help in maintaining cleanliness and proper waste disposal in our school. Let's take an immediate action to solve this problem, we must not allow this issue to get worse. Together, let's unite and do everything we can to maintain the cleanliness in comfort rooms and to enforce proper waste segregation.
