We urge rappers, producers, music execs, and record labels to clean up the content in rap music. Cease in creating content that glorifies gang activities, materialism, promiscuity, violence, and the N-Word. Music is a powerful tool used to not only reflect reality but to also create reality. The impact that most mainstream rap/ R&B music has on our youth is a negative impact. We challenge our musical artists and the entire music industry to utilize their creative abilities, produce music of substance, and contribute to the advancement of our communities.
