Classify false reporting to child protective services a crime

The Issue

In this day and age, government entities are often protected by the government when it comes to accountability with the department of child protective services . This means that they often operate without reprocussions, more so when the job they perform violates human, civil, or rights of a victim. In some states, CPS is used by some parents as a tool of abuse , and in some states, CPS is being used to threaten and harass victims and witnesses of organized crime within smaller county governments. Many times, when CPS commits perjury, or fraud, they accompany the action with the laws of when the state commits those infractions in court. My personal experience is one example of how this can be dangerous. After attempting to escape an abusive marriage which entailed very little physical abuse, my "spouse" hired a gang member to assualt me. Then he lied to CPS to try to kidnap the children to get out of child support. During my encounter, I was given a social worker who somehow knew about events from the attack I suffered, which could only mean they themself had illicit connections. I reported my concerns to his boss, and subsequently he retaliated by trying to manipulate a court order and attempted to set me up to miss court ordered UAs. (I never had a positive UA, nor do I have a criminal record. ) After he told me he stopped the testing process, he intentionally did not tell the testing facility and he attempted to take my children in court saying I missed my testing. After proving I did in fact go and they were in fact , negative as they always were, Weld county CPS forced a custody order that forces me to live with my abuser or be charged with a felony. Two weeks after this event occured, the judge in charge of all Child protective service cases was indited by the FBI for aiding several cocaine traffickers, while using his position of authority to do so. ( Case of Ryan Kamada, weld county , Colorado, there was also a social worker who gave a child in custody a fentynal pill in which they died, v. Plateville youth detention facility, weld county Co.)

Where I live, all CPS court cases are treated by a busniess that is operated by county commissioners and the school distirct superintendent, which leads to unchecked pattern of practice and policing for profit issues. They also create custody orders aimed at custody for educational purposes , then educational neglect cases are continuously opened after.  Their refusal to rectify the order or treat the abusive parent  just to prevent further evidence of corruption is a violation of my federal rights as a victim. However, since there is no current legal reprocussions for false cases, most times counties across America have been victimizing individuals and children who are already victims of abuse.

If we can make false reporting a crime, with legal reprocussions , it would limit the power that CPS has and it would also hold social workers, accusers and parents accountable when they knowingly lie during a case. It would encourage investigations by CPS when this tactic is used by the offending parent, or group which files the false reports to retaliate against a witness.  It would make every state have less opportunities to utilize CPS in cases that should not exist to begin with. If this does not change, the current system remains unchecked and there is no protections for individuals or children who suffer greatly by decisions made by CPS under false reporting. There is no evaluation of work, and therefore no improvement in an already damaged system. Since CPS is a protected entity, they also go out of their way to prevent knowledge of mishandled cases, which leads to more victims trapped in a corrupt system. By making false reporting to CPS a chargeable crime, they would be held to a standard of practice never seen before within the department. Since CPS is first governed by it's county, then the state, they are often never held to abuse of authority thru state complaints effectively. This makes is extremely easy for people with illicit connections to continue to absue their positions of power.
