LOOK! YOUTUBE IS STEALING FROM ITS' VIEWERS + CREATORS!

DONAT RICKETTS: The YouTube Partner Program (YPP) enables creators to monetize their content through various features like ad revenue sharing, fan funding, and merchandise sales. YouTube is 100% in control of Ad Revenue and Fan Funding (Memberships, Super Sticker, Super Chat and Super Thank You.) Fan Funding is hard-earned money sent by viewers to content creators who then receive 55% of net revenues, while YouTube retains 45%. YouTube has predatory guidelines that basically states they can demonetize and/or terminate a content creators’ channel at free will, without proper justification and WITHHOLD PAY that is already owed to its' content creators. YouTube has stolen more than $15,000.00 in Ad Revenue and various forms of fan funding. The funds were owed, but stolen between February - March 2025 and in June 2025. YouTube falsely claim that the funds were sent back to the Advertisers and Supporters. My supporters in formed me they haven't recieved any REFUNDS from Google d/b/a YouTube. Upon information and belief, YouTube steal MILLIONS OF DOLLARS from viewers and content creators each month. FOLLOW ME ON TWITCH! 

YOUTUBE STEALS FROM CONSUMERS VIA MEMBERSHIP PAUSES:

Consumers purchase Memberships on content creators' channels and are not given the option of a refund. Often the creator is blamed by the supporter who's under the impression that the creator pocketed their money. Generally, a social media platform cannot arbitrarily keep all consumer money. Social media platforms are businesses, and as such, they are subject to laws and regulations regarding consumer protection and financial transactions. 

YOUTUBE STEALS FAN-FUNDING BY "WITHHOLDING" CREATORS' PAY

In 2024 alone, YouTube removed approximately 29.24 million channels. If YouTube bans, delete or demonetized 29.4 million channels with revenue owe of just $50.00 that means YouTube would have pocketed $BILLIONS IN FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED PROFITS OVER THE YEARS! It's not possible to provide a specific, overall number for how many channels have been banned from the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) because YouTube doesn't publicly release this kind of comprehensive data. Upon information and belief, YouTube doesn’t refund advertisers nor “Fan Funding” back to consumers. 100% of a creators’ money is then STOLEN and kept by YouTube as profit. YouTube has massively exploited content creators with unilateral agreements that have allowed them to profit from FREE AD PLACEMENT, steal hard earned money, time and energy from content creators and their supporters alike. That stops with this petition. 

YOUTUBE EXECUTIVES HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENTLY ENRICHED!

Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google, is publicly traded, which means it is owned by its shareholders. These include institutional investors, retail investors, and company insiders. Sundar Pichai is the current CEO of both Google and Alphabet. Google d/b/a YouTubes’ CEO is Neal Mohan. In other words, it isn’t just the CEOs of Indian origin who’ve taken the tech world by storm in the US. A number of the top-tier leadership positions or CXOs in these companies are also held by Indians or those of Indian origin. While the spotlight is on the likes of Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, the second, third and fourth rung is also filled with Indian Americans who are likely to be the leaders of tomorrow at these companies. Silicon Valley has a rich history of anti-Black Discrimination. Most recently, Sillicon Valley has programmed AI to be racist towards Black Americans; essentially exposing the collective mindset about Black people abetted by the Indians who control the tech world.
