This violation is directly perpetuated by the gross negligence, deliberate omission, and unjust enrichment of the developer and service provider, CipSoft.

I. The Facts: A Tolerated System of Feudalism and Extortion
Tibia no longer operates as a free, open-world entertainment software. Instead, its ecosystem has been completely monopolized by player organizations known as Megaguilds (or the "Dominando" system). These cartels mimic real-world organized crime structures with absolute impunity, executing the following coordinated actions:

1. Coercive Segregation and the "Neutral" Caste System: The pejorative label "Neutral" has been institutionalized to brand and target consumers who refuse to submit to these virtual mafias. This label is not a game mechanic; it is a digital segregation mechanism used to systematically strip thousands of users of the rights they legally paid for when purchasing their subscriptions.
2. Financial Extortion via Convertible Virtual Assets: These dominant cartels demand mandatory tribute payments (guild fees or services) denominated in Tibia Coins—a virtual asset issued and sold by CipSoft with a direct exchange value in real-world fiat currency. Refusing to pay this toll results in the deliberate destruction of the user’s experience through non-stop harassment, targeted digital stalking, and absolute service blockage.
3. Illicit Monopolization of Publicized Premium Content: "Neutral" customers are physically and mechanically blocked from accessing limited in-game events, world bosses (such as Feroxa), and Premium-exclusive hunting zones. This represents a total frustration of the contract's purpose: consumers pay for technical access to a service that CipSoft knows, in advance, is completely monopolized and blockaded by a select cartel of users.

II. CipSoft’s Corporate, Legal, and Ethical Liability
We categorically reject CipSoft's historical defense of dismissing these abuses as mere "in-game social behavior." Ethics do not stop at the boundaries of a server. Virtual environments are a direct extension of the real world, inhabited by real human beings whose emotional stability and mental health are severely impacted by this systematic harassment.

CipSoft incurs grave civil and administrative liability by operating under the following framework:

• Complicity for Corporate Profit: Megaguilds purchase, trade, and move millions of Tibia Coins to finance their networks of control and their subsequent liquidation on the black market via Real Money Trading (RMT). CipSoft derives massive, direct corporate revenue from the sale and transaction fees of these tokens. Consequently, the company deliberately fails its duty of due diligence, choosing profit over community safety.
• Enforcement of Abusive Contractual Clauses: CipSoft’s adhesion contract attempts to exonerate the corporation from all liability, abusively forcing international consumers to litigate exclusively at their headquarters in Regensburg, Germany. We declare these clauses null and void under the public order laws of our respective nations, which guarantee consumer dignity and equality over any private corporate statute.
• Negligence in Financial Oversight: By allowing its transaction platform (Tibia Coins) to become the primary vehicle for economic coercion and organized extortion without real auditing, CipSoft acts as an active facilitator of an unregulated, underground financial market.

To safeguard the integrity of the community and prevent this escalation into international class-action lawsuits across competent consumer courts, we demand the following non-negotiable actions:

1. Guarantee of Equitable Access: An immediate mechanical redesign of the game's territory control and resource distribution systems, permanently removing any mechanic that allows a cartel of users to physically block or deny other paying customers access to Premium content.

Codification and Sanctioning of Virtual Extortion: An explicit amendment to the official Rules of Conduct to classify the collection of hunting tolls, virtual taxes, or organized "hunted" threats as severe contract violations, punishable by immediate account termination and permanent IP/hardware bans of all associated accounts.
   
   
3. Asset Tracking and Transaction Audits: The implementation of strict anti-fraud protocols and audits on massive Tibia Coin transfers tied to dominant guilds, automatically freezing funds flagged for extortion and reporting RMT cartels to regulatory authorities.

We accept the mechanics of a competitive game; we do not accept corporate complicity in organized extortion. If we pay the same price, we demand the exact same rights and the exact same dignity.
