The proposed rezoning for Summerlin Centre from Rogich Middle School to Johnson Middle School effects residents between Charleston/Sahara and Hualapai/Town Center.

Even if you don't have children attending CCSD, THIS STILL IMPACTS YOUR HOME'S VALUE.  Many home buyers seek out Summerlin properties because they want their children to attend Summerlin schools.  Johnson Middle School is located near Buffalo and Alta (not Summerlin) and does not perform nearly as well (http://nevadareportcard.nv.gov/)

Many homeowners bought in this area specifically because it was zoned for Rogich Middle School and Palo Verde HS.
