Indicate the country of publisher in the Web of Science in accordance with Inter-Law

Indicate the country of publisher in the Web of Science in accordance with Inter-Law
The Issue
In 2014 the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol were illegally annexed by the Russian Federation. Accordingly, many Ukrainian scientific institutions found themselves in the hands of the occupiers.
Ukrainian scientists are deeply concerned that the profiles of journals published in the Russian-occupied Crimea on the Web of Science Master Journal List contain information that they are published in Russia (for example https://mjl.clarivate.com/home?issn=0928-5105). Ukrainians fear that Russian propaganda could use this to legalize the annexation of Crimea among the scientific community.
In response to a request to correct such mistakes, Clarivate Analytics stated that it simply reproduces the information provided by the editorial board in its application, so they can change the information about the publisher country only after the journal’s request. But it is obvious that such a request cannot come from the institutions occupied by Russia Federation.
We think Clarivate Analytics' approach is wrong and inconsistent. Just as a company is responsible for the quality of content and the accuracy of citations in its databases, so it must take care of the correctness of the indication of the country publisher of the journal in accordance with international law.
We require to indicate the country publisher of the journal in the Web of Science in accordance with international law.
Crimea is Ukraine!
