Most piercings carried out at Claire's are not safe and they are unsanitary. The piercings are carried out by a piercing gun, known to not be sterilised and very unhygienic. They can damage the ear and are known to cause infections to ears a lot.

Many people have complained by the piercings but not put forward complaints, hence why this is still happening to many people. This is frustrating to many professional piercers, as rise in bad piercings are seen due to this.

The guns are now used for both ear and nose piercings, are known to shatter cartilage, and injure.  

Hopefully, the solution to this would be to use needles, and if not, stop the procedure 100%.
