Claims to hold all the cards, but the reality tells a different story, Mr. President Trump

The Issue

Mr. President Donald Trump,

I write to you today not with hatred, but with truth.

The United States has been Israel's greatest supporter—in every war, at every table, with every veto. Every resolution that could have saved innocent lives was blocked. Every voice that dared speak the truth was silenced. The world asks one question: WHY?

You are spending billions of dollars on military aid to Israel — aid used to bomb hospitals, starve children, and erase entire communities. If you truly want greatness, use that power in a different way. Rebuild Gaza. End the illegal blockade. There is no food, no healthcare, and nothing left—because of policies your government continues to support.

You announced a ceasefire — but Israel violated it while it was still in effect. So the world asks: who is really in control here? And why are journalists being killed for showing the truth? Why are truth-tellers removed from their positions or thrown in prison? That is not democracy. That is not justice.

You claim to be a peacemaker and boast about stopping wars — but the reality on the ground tells a story of blood, betrayal, and broken promises. This world does not belong to any single power. It belongs to humanity.

Israel's leadership must be held fully accountable at the International Criminal Court for genocide in Gaza and the ongoing mass killing of civilians in Lebanon. If the United States is truly the superpower it claims to be, it should use its influence to uphold justice — not to support those already accused by the ICC of serious crimes.

You say you hold all the cards. Then ask yourself — what are you using them for? Who gave the United States or Israel the right to play with the lives of innocent people and still claim the title of peacemaker?

The world does not need more wars carried out in the name of self-defence while children and civilians continue to die. If you continue to support such violence, you become complicit in the suffering of every oppressed person.

Look at the leader of Spain — he will not be remembered for military bases and political power. He will be remembered because he chose humanity. He stood for Palestine. That is real leadership — and that is what the world respects.

History has never allowed injustice to survive forever. Empires have fallen. Occupations have ended. All those who stood on the wrong side were forgotten — and remembered only in shame. This moment is no different.

To all world leaders who support a free Palestine — stop making statements. Now is the time for action. Cut all diplomatic and trade ties with Israel until international law is respected. Isolation is not cruelty — it is consequence. And only real consequences can stop unfair behaviour.

Use your power to stop the violence in Palestine, de-escalate tensions with Iran, and choose diplomacy over intimidation. Wars cannot be solved through threats and force. Lasting peace can only be achieved through justice, accountability, and respect for human life.

In the end — solve conflicts with dialogue. Because in wars, only innocent people pay the price. Everyone has the right to live freely.
