FROM THE CITY: The timing for removal will be November 6th. We will not be taking any action that would change that requirement. The issue is whether or not you have to stop all work and not use the structure or allow any occupancy. The letter I am sending you today is silent to the use of the area…quite on purpose. I am trying to allow you to get the building ready under the hope that the hearing will result in your ability to use the building on a temporary basis. If that does not occur, the City will have to add to the order the requirement not to utilize or occupy the structure.
