We at 103.1 Virgin Radio wish for Gord Downie of the Tragically Hip to receive a key to the City of Winnipeg when he is in town for the Hip concert on August 5. He deserves this honour as he has been a wonderful friend to our city and continues to inspire us as he battles brain cancer.
