Something must be done in the City of Westminster, California on the streets of Trask Ave and Siskiyou. Currently, there is a 4 way stop sign at this intersection. Although this is primarily a residential area, the street of Trask is not a residential street and has a lot of cross-traffic. The 4 way stop sign as it is now, can be very difficult for drivers to see. It is not seen therefore causing drivers to drive right through the stop sign without even knowing there was one. There are 3 public schools within 1/4 mile of this intersection and often has lots of kids crossing. Many accidents have occurred at this intersection that deems it a very unsafe intersection that needs safety measures implemented. Something as simple as placing flashing lights around the stop sign, adding writing to the asphalt that states "stop sign in 100 feet", or another safety measure NEEDS to be implemented by the City of Westminster in order to keep the residents of Westminster safe.
