Sign this petition to show the support of keeping the Griffin as the Waterloo Police Department’s logo. This design has nothing to do with the KKK and the repeated excuse is a lack of education of what the Griffin truly stands for. Changing does nothing jut put an additional strain on the city budget that’s already stretched thin. 

And what does changing it do? Nothing. What happens when the replacement patch is involved in something a group doesn’t like. Do we change it again? It just starts an endless cycle.
