There is nothing new on the case with Penelope. She is still her at home with her family. However, I have everything complete and ready to go when needed though I would like more signatures. In the meantime, I have signed several petitions just like this one to help families keep their pets who are in the same situation. One of them being just a stretch down the highway in another city. I will be sharing everything I have collected by researching in Penelope's case with them and I urge all of you to please keep signing petitions like this. These animals are family! ❤️
