EBMUD is planning to build a recycled water pumping station near Dougherty Rd and Crow Canyon Rd in San Ramon to provide irrigation water to golf courses and parks in San Ramon, Danville, and Blackhawk. They have identified the only usable open space in the Gale Ranch community as their top choice location. STOP EBMUD from industrializing our neighborhood by sandwiching a 30x40 foot driveway and 30x40 foot pumping station between two residential homes. EBMUD’s other two choices do not affect residential homes. Ask EBMUD and the City of San Ramon to do the right thing for our residents. Let our children play on grass and allow our home owners to enjoy the beauty and quiet other neighborhoods in San Ramon enjoy. Protect our home values.
