Almost every night the lights at the San Ramon Skatepark are shut off at random. Skatepark goers have been harmed due to the light shut off. Most park goers that I have talked to agreed that they would like a consistent and known time every night for the lights to go down. I and many believe that 11pm is a reasonable and safe time because it is curfew and it also allows all people at the park to get a good night-time skatepark exercise in.
