We would like the City of Princeton Planning & Zoning Commission to recommend a zoning change to Planned Development from Commercial C-1 at the April 18th meeting. 
If this zoning change happens it would allow the developer to move forward with their plans of putting in multi family buildings, but also 4 sit down restaurants at the front of the property along 380.
The first time this came up some citizens had concerns and we believe those concerns have been overcome. The developer has gone way beyond what the city ordinances state they must do.

The Forest Grove entry features at 380 will be dedicated to the HOA
The last 2 are probably the biggest! The entry way will not change and will finally be owned by the HOA and the city will take over maintenance of the median in the road cutting down the landscaping cost the HOA has to pay
If you are unable to attend this meeting and are all for this (everyone in this town has been saying they want sit down restaurants for years) please sign this so it can presented to the commission on July 19th. They need to see the amount of people in and around Princeton that want this to happen.
