City of Novato Solar Carport Info Meeting Wednesday, April 6 (TONIGHT) 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. Hamilton Community Center 503 Palm Drive (across from Beso) On Monday, I met with Felicia Newhouse, City of Novato, to find out the agent of the meeting and the process going forward.. The purpose of tonight's meeting is to update the community with answers to questions that came from the January meeting. There is a plan to have another meeting in May with the city before the issue goes to a vote before the Novato City Council in June.
