See www.facebook.com/savemoheganpark Aug 6, 2012 City Hall had knowledge of the problems associated with Chelsea Gardens and the intent of the peoples land of Mohegan Park to remain "PREDOMINATELY UNDEVELOPED". Yet our City Council did nothing to try and stop this perversion of intent. This Land Use Restriction was placed on our land by the Dept of Energy and Environmental Protection, to remain open and undeveloped. Yet the town bent over backwards to try and shoe horn the "definition" of words to meet their incestuous little project. As we pull the covers back on this project, we see a clearer picture of the people that were involved, orchestrating the flagrant violations against our land without our consent. Please sit down to read this email sent Aug 2012, because I do not want people to fall over from shaking their heads in disbelief at the level of insult directed at us with this project. Keep in mind, no less than 5 current board members of Chelsea Gardens have been, or are owners of land-scape companies, land-scape management companies and land-scape supply companies.
