North little rock has banned dog owners from keeping Pit Bulls in City limits with claims of this breed displaying Violent Tendencies that exceeds that of other dog breeds. The basis of this ban is invalid and unfair and allows the city to charge pit bull owners a fine simply for keeping an animal. Anyone unable to pay the fee will have their beloved pet "humanely destroyed" AKA murdered. This ban is unjust and needs to be repealed.
