The Issue
Today, I am petitioning the City of Midlothian Texas and the City of Irving Texas, including the City of Irving Fire Administrators. I am asking them to use the power of their influences to encourage and act upon the willingness of the accu...sed to submit to a polygraph exam allowing Pat Erick and City of Irving Firefighter Steven Erick the opportunity to set the record straight by submitting to a polygraph exam while answering pertinent questions about their possible involvement in the torture and death of my son, Christopher Todd Erick.
I Kimberly Smith do hereby allege that Patsy LaJune Wooton Erick, Larry Don Erick and Steven Todd Erick pre-planned and caused the torture and death of my 23 year old son Christopher Todd Erick with Cyanide poison between the dates of November 9, 2012 - November 10, 2012. Their plan inadvertently resulted in hours and hours of pain and torture for Christopher. They could have called help for him, but instead they allowed the chemical to slowly progress thru his veins, burning him internally with every beat of his heart, still he continued to live. According to the medical examiner, Christopher went on to also suffer two separate heart attacks. The last heart attack provided us with our last indication that Christopher continued to suffer up to 12 additional hours after enduring his last heart attack.
Recently acquired police reports indicated that the room where Christopher was found dead was photographed and described as having been found "in a disarray." Still, hours upon hours passed and No One Called For Help, instead they proceeded with the plan which was to hide their crime and make it appear as though it was just a "natural death". A recent comparison made with police records which claim Christopher was found "face up" compared to the post mortem photos of livor mortis present on the right side of Christopher's face and forehead indicates that Christopher's body was in fact moved after death and reposed to appear as though he died "Naturally and Peacefully." The double lividity pattern which is also present only further confirms this as a fact.
Evidence of a crime was once again substantiated just recently by a hand writing expert at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation who is convinced that "there are definite forgery and alterations" made on a document allegedly written by Christopher Erick and titled as his "Living Will" in which my son allegedly requested to be cremated.
It's been over two years now since Christopher died and no one has ever been held accountable for his death. It was only after recently acquiring the police records that we learned police had asked Pat Erick and Steven Erick if they would be willing to submit to a polygraph test and although they did agree to submit to one, no further actions were taken to follow thru so today I am asking for just that, for local officials to assist in seeing that this exam is finally followed thru.
