We are asking the City of Laredo City Council and management to fire Karina "Kari" Elizondo as an employee of the Laredo Animal Care Facility due to neglect of animals under her care.  We are also asking local authorities to criminally charge her for animal cruelty.  Ms. Elizondo should also resign from her elected position of Laredo College Board of Trustee for place 7.
