Le Chateau Apartments is a section 8 facility that is owned by a “SLUMLORD”.  The property has been deteriorating prior to hurricanes Laura & Delta.  
Attic Vault Storage Facility has been next door to La Chateau for 21 years.  We have experienced vandalism, a shooting, neighboring businesses broken into and found various drug paraphernalia at our facility.
I sincerely believe that the property owner of Le Chateau will do minimal property repairs as was done after hurricane Rita, leaving Le Chateau an eyesore to our community.
With your help, we can improve our area by having Le Chateau condemned.
