We, the undersigned respectfully request that the council:

Oppose the extent and scale of the proposed housing development that forms a major part of the proposed Ocean Reef Marina Development. The scale of this development  is at variance to the true wishes of the local community with the housing development not described in its entirety to in surveys conducted by the City of Joondalup since 2009. Keeping this in mind, we ask that all activities scheduled to occur at Ocean Reef Marina and the surrounding bushland are halted until meaning community consultations can be carried out.
