To the Mayor and Council of the City of Jackson, Alabama:

This petition is to make a formal request for speed bumps in our neighborhood.  By signing this petition, we state that we are residents and/or property owners in the area of Jackson, Alabama, inside the perimeters of Cedar St. to Church St. and Forest Ave. to City Hall.  We understand that the City and Police Department will choose the number of and locations of speed bumps, based on safety and other factors.
