The city is planning to repurpose the section of South Ridge Park in Fontana California, that has been used by the RC Community and Local Mtn Bikers for years, to build a dog park. When there is much more space available other than the RC park.  

   The local RC community has spent countless hours and has spent much of their own money to create this great community space.  It has come along way since the first track and has now developed into a fun RC area that attracts families and hobbyists of all ages. Currently people come from as far as Ventura and San Diego to enjoy this unique RC park. 

   There is plenty more space throughout SouthRidge Park to put the much needed dog park. We all would love to see a dog park here as well. But the hard work of the local community does not need to be destroyed to achieve this goal. 

   Please include the RC Park in your future plans of developing and improving Southridge Park.
