For too long we have all seen or experienced remarkably poor service from Rubatino. Neighborhood App, Ring and community Facebook groups are littered with complaints about how poorly this company operates. Issues range from trash/recycle being spilled everywhere on roads, no communication or care for complaints or requests to change, to the inability for them to upgrade their equipment leaving customers using open bins and separating trash out that they just take to Waste Management. Enough is enough!

Besides the issues faced by consumers, the standard of working conditions for drivers of this company are poor. Drivers are forced to unload garbage cans and recycle bins by hand and using equipment like the little scooters to haul it to bigger trucks which causes a ton of mess, spillage and isn't safe for employees. The citizens and the City of Everett, Wa need to hold this company responsible to hold up their end of the services they provide or they need to be replaced by another company.

As no one at Rubatino seems to care that they are damaging our environment, littering across our city, and forcing employees to work in unsanitary or unsafe conditions due to their inability to maintain or upgrade their equipment, it is time to make a change.

Please sign this petition to force the City of Everett to open up the opportunities for citizens to choose another provider and rid ourselves of a company that does not provide the services it should, in the manner it should, and has done so without challenge for too long.
