The City of Eastvale will host a special joint meeting with City Council members and Planning Commissioners.  City Staff will present all our elected and appointed officials with the chosen land sites for the zoning of 3,028 housing units in our city.  These sites will be approved and sent to the CA Department of Housing for review.

These chosen sites, if approved, will become available to investors & builders to construct at their chosen density.  Residents have voiced their concerns loud and clear: NO high-density near schools and preferably not in the middle of established single-family neighborhoods.  The city has land near commercial sites and next to the freeway that can and should be utilized.
