Commission is voting on a proposed zoning code change that would allow for remote parking, therefore allowing developers to build up to six (6) stories and creating a concrete canyon on Miracle Mile, our historic main street.

Coral Gables has enough density with monstrosities going up left and right. This needs to stop before it is too late. We, the voters and residents, demand our voices be heard. Elected officials should stop giving preferential treatment to the developers. We ask that they do not change the zoning code and keep our City Beautiful the way George Merrick envisioned it.
