Harry was a K-9 Officer in the city of Circleville OH. His handler left the CPD to become a sherif in our city. The K-9 has been taken from him and his family and is only god knows where. Harry was re trained to be a family pet to his handler, and has now been removed from the family he knows and loves. This isn’t right! We demand the City of Circleville stand up and bring Harry home!
