We are opposed to a retirement home that would increase traffic, tarnish the neighborhood and have no contribution to the community. The current proposition is solely designed for the financial benefit of the property owner and with no regard for the community and its residents. 

The property is currently zoned to contribute to our community and fit into our neighbourhood. These standards must be upheld. The property was sold under these rules and we want the owner to respect our community.
