We ask the City of Bayswater to appeal or call a judicial review into the JDAP approval of a 7 storey development in Bayswater's town centre.  We consider the development will have an undue impact on the heritage and the area due to it's bulk and scale, lack of parking provision and disregard of the Town Planning Scheme #24 which states maximum 5 storeys NOT 7 storeys.
