Let’s encourage the city of Apple Valley, MN to change their stance on allowing tattoo establishments in the city. Currently they do NOT allow anyone to open any kind of tattoo establishment whether it is permanent makeup, microblading, or traditional tattooing. The ordnance is completely outdated and discriminates against an entire profession. There are already regulations in place by the State of Minnesota Board of Health to ensure the safety of providing these services and we should be allowed to provide these services in Apple Valley!
