"Police say Olean woman tortured, killed dog"
The Olean Police Department Criminal Investigation Unit today arrested Gertrude McQuiller, age 60, of 113 South 6th Street, Apt #1 in Olean for torturing and killing an American Pit bull on December 23rd. Police Captain Robert Blovsky told RNN that McQuiller allegedly and intentionally put Xanax pills in the dogs food dish. Blovsky said after the dog consumed the pills it later died and was buried near the defendant’s apartment. McQuiller is to appear in Olean City Court on January 13th.
